About Avelunessa

Avelunessa is an online shop for freestanding baths, shower enclosures, shower and steam cabins and the accessories that go with them, run from Poznań in Poland. We ship to Poland, across Europe and worldwide, and we price in Polish złoty.

What we stock

Fourteen products: freestanding baths from a compact 1500 mm acrylic tub to a heat-holding stone-resin slipper bath and a freestanding whirlpool; frameless shower enclosures; self-contained shower and steam cabins up to a double steam cabin; and the accessories — a bath caddy, a teak bench, a click-clack waste and a bath pillow.

How we describe them

Every listing states the material, the size, the capacity or glass thickness and the standard the product is built to. Those are the numbers that decide whether a piece fits your room and your plumbing, and they are the ones people have to dig for everywhere else. They are the manufacturer's design figures; we do not dress them up, and we do not claim approvals we cannot show you.

Installation and safety

A freestanding bath, shower enclosure or shower/steam cabin must be installed by a competent professional. The plumbing — connection to the water supply and to a trapped waste — should be carried out by a qualified plumber. Any model with a whirlpool system, lighting or a steam generator additionally needs a permanent electrical connection made by a qualified electrician, on an RCD-protected circuit, in line with national wiring regulations and the product's IP rating. These items are large and heavy: measure the room and every access route (doors, stairs, lifts) before you order. All products are CE marked, and where glass is used it is tempered safety glass to EN 12150; shower enclosures are built to EN 14428.

How we price

One clean number per product. No struck-through prices, no countdowns, no invented recommended retail price to discount from.

Delivery

Items over 100 kg go on a pallet and arrive kerbside. If your access is awkward, tell us before you order — we would rather talk about the stairs first than deliver a 200 kg carton to a doorway it will not pass.

Buying from us

You have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason, provided the item has not been installed or connected. Delivery costs and timings are in the Shipping Policy; the full terms are in the Terms of Sale, and the seller's details are in the Legal Notice.
