Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under the Polish Act on Consumer Rights (ustawa o prawach konsumenta) implementing the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Tell us by a clear statement to breve-adept.3z@icloud.com — an email quoting your order number is enough. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Goods must come back complete and in a condition that still allows them to be sold. You may unpack an item and inspect it, as you would in a shop; you are liable for any loss in value beyond that. A bath, enclosure or cabin that has been installed, plumbed in, sealed or electrically connected cannot be returned — once it has been fitted it is no longer new. Keep the original packaging and the pallet: these items cannot be returned safely without them.

Cost of return

The direct cost of return is yours. For an item on a pallet we can book the collection and invoice it at cost — tell us before you send anything, because an unbooked pallet return usually fails.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, to the original means of payment, including the standard outbound delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard one, we refund the standard rate.

If something is faulty

The seller is liable for a product's lack of conformity with the contract under the Polish Act on Consumer Rights (the rules implementing EU Directive 2019/771). Tell us within a reasonable period of noticing a fault and we will repair, replace or, where the law allows, refund. Damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable plumbing or electrics, or by harsh or abrasive cleaning, is not a manufacturing fault.

Consumable or wear items — seals, gaskets, and the surface finish subject to normal use — are not defects.

None of this affects your statutory rights.
