Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through avelunessa.com by consumers and business customers.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Polish złoty (PLN) and are the price you pay for the goods; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering, by the means offered at checkout. Goods are dispatched from Poland — for deliveries outside the EU, any import duty, VAT or clearance fee in the destination country is payable by the recipient.

What we sell

We sell freestanding baths, shower enclosures, shower and steam cabins and bathroom accessories. Materials, dimensions, capacities, glass thickness and the European standards stated on a listing are the manufacturer's design figures for the product; the exact shade of a finish and real-world fit depend on your room and your plumbing.

Installation and safety

A freestanding bath, shower enclosure or shower/steam cabin must be installed by a competent professional. The plumbing — connection to the water supply and to a trapped waste — should be carried out by a qualified plumber. Any model with a whirlpool system, lighting or a steam generator additionally needs a permanent electrical connection made by a qualified electrician, on an RCD-protected circuit, in line with national wiring regulations and the product's IP rating. These items are large and heavy: measure the room and every access route (doors, stairs, lifts) before you order. All products are CE marked, and where glass is used it is tempered safety glass to EN 12150; shower enclosures are built to EN 14428.

Delivery and installation

Delivery is made to the address you give and is kerbside for pallet goods. We supply the product; we do not install it. Plumbing, electrical connection, sealing and commissioning are the customer's responsibility and must be carried out by competent, qualified trades to your national regulations.

Electrical supply (whirlpool and steam models)

Whirlpool baths and steam cabins need a permanent 230 V / 50 Hz supply on an RCD-protected circuit, installed by a qualified electrician; shower cabins with a light or fan need a low-voltage connection. Plain baths and glass enclosures need no electricity. Do not modify the product.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Withdrawal and conformity

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the seller's liability for lack of conformity under the Polish Act on Consumer Rights; both are set out in the Refund Policy, including the point that an item which has been installed or connected can no longer be returned.

Governing law

Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection of the law of the country in which you are resident, and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
